We are excited to announce our recent acquisition of City Vista Apartments in Indianapolis, IN! It is a 40-unit value-add Class C asset that we were able to acquire at a great basis and with attractive seller financing. We acquired the property at about 11% below the appraised value.
We partnered with amazing regional partners on this deal, who we have already done several deals with. We are excited to get started executing our asset plan and adding value to this property and community!

We have also been working hard putting together a new local strategy: The 21 George Upper Valley Green Housing Initiative.

Along with local partners, we have secured multiple parcels of land in a market we already own, operate, and live in. Although a small region, it is a great rental market with an extreme housing shortage and strong local economy. We plan on developing Green High-Efficiency Housing on these parcels of land. This is a great opportunity to make small contribution to the housing shortage in an environmentally responsible way, while also receiving strong returns and tax benefits.
